Billing FAQ
Good to know
How am I billed?
All charges go through Shopify Billing and appear on your regular Shopify invoice. You never enter a card in HeroLink.
What happens after the Pro trial?
After 14 days the Pro subscription starts at $4.99/month. Downgrade to Free at any time from the Billing page inside the app and you will not be charged again.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like from inside the app. Your banner keeps running either way.
Are there any usage limits?
No. Both plans include unlimited impressions, so your banner is shown to every visitor no matter how much traffic you get.
Do you offer refunds?
If something is not working for you, email hello@herolinkapp.com and we will sort it out.
